If you receive a damaged or corked bottle, please notify TruthTeller Winery as soon as possible. We will endeavor to replace it with a similar item. If the wine is no longer available, we will issue a credit or replace the wine with a similar item of our choosing. We require that the customer return the unfinished portion of the wine in its original bottle with original cork. We will only replace wine that is corked or flawed. We are unable to replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipping, or for wine that was ordered in error. Once the wine is received at TruthTeller Winery, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. Please send an email to the winery to arrange for return of the corked or flawed wine.
